Post-Project Lessons Learnt

The Post-project Lessons Learnt system is a database of lessons learnt documention verified by Stafford Ho Sheng Xian.

It contains the official, reviewed learnt lessons from past and current projects.

It contains varied contents from a multitude of disciplines including robotics, systems engineering, education, manufacturing, logistics and project management.

The Lessons Learnt system contains a growing database, with lessons added on a fairly regular basis.

Systems Engineering Project 2 (SEP2) (Ongoing)

  1. The importance of Concept Definition.
  2. The Need/Opportunity to make an impact.
  3. Leaning on the right stakeholders.
  4. Incorporating tailored SE processes into project without process paralysis. Reliance on process over progress will not deliver a system.
  5. Agile Methodology & Communication is key.

Project 4

  1. Establishing familiarity with the solution and processes.
  2. Prototype on actual assembly line with operations support.
  3. Study documentation from similar brownfield projects.

Project 3

  1. Conduct comprehensive project planning and execution.
  2. Documentation of Lessons Learnt for continuous improvement and ethical responsibility.
